One of the better things we hear from clients and prospects is that they appreciate that we’ve done the work. Not just on the software, but that we understand them because we are them. I ran a temporary staffing firm, the largest in the market, long before I built Kiniso. The software is built to be what I wanted, but never had when putting hundreds of people on the payroll each week. When building out our team, I picked people who have always been known to do the work. I don’t think software built to be perfect works. People aren’t perfect, which means you need a software that works like you do. In today’s video, Jim Durbin talks about what we used to do – go on site and hand out checks. Today, it’s all quick pay and done electronically. It’s convenient and great for everyone, but it lacks that personal touch. By recruiters for recruiters is a good marketing pitch – but the more accurate one is, “we’ve been there, and this is what we would use.” No amount of marketing beats that authenticity.
