KinISO had the great pleasure to attend the Colorado Staffing Association Annual Conference last week, with Mark and Stephanie getting the chance to mingle, learn, and chat about the challenges and opportunities facing owners today.
AI was on the menu, but so were the changes in employment laws, the general economy, and of course, how we manage and run a business built on connecting people with jobs.
The big conferences are nice, but they tend to blur together and end with a fistful of business cards and no real connection.
What do they say at the big conferences? “The real value is in the hallways?”
Regional and State conferences don’t have that problem.
Finally, a big thank you to Leona Willener, the president of the CSA, who has been so gracious working with us and helping us understand what works and doesn’t work in Colorado.
A good time was had by all. Now it’s back to work, putting people back to work.
