Matt is the founder and creator of KinISO. He is responsible for the overall product vision, strategy, and brand awareness. Matt is a staffing industry veteran (20+ years) and incorporates his deep understanding of the challenges staffing agencies face into the overall KinISO design and experience. Matt’s experience in Sales and Marketing for Software Service organizations uniquely positions him to define and drive the overall operational, marketing and business development strategies.
Chief Revenue Officer
Stephanie oversees revenue generation activities and is responsible for integration and alignment between all revenue related functions. These areas include sales, marketing, customer success, pricing and revenue management. Stephanie’s extensive entrepreneurial experience, business network, and Ritz Carlton Diamond Experience training helps drive business development and strengthen existing customer relationships.
Chief Information Officer
Richard oversees the software engineering teams responsible for developing and supporting the KinISO platform. He is also responsible for IT risk, compliance and information security. Richard brings over 20 years of experience building and implementing enterprise software and leading global technology teams. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and is a graduate of The University of Central Arkansas (BS) and The University of Texas at Austin (MSE).
